Ami and Jarred’s wedding was truly original.  Jarred, a talented graphic designer, spent months designing the intricacies of their wedding, including the details on the programs and the menu cards.  Jarred also custom designed their monogram, which he incorporated into the invitations as a truly original puzzle.  All the details flowed together to make the wedding a very special occasion with a very personal touch.  That personal touch also included Quinn, the couple’s dog, who was prominently displayed in their engagement photos and stole everyone’s attention as he marched down the isle as a ring bearer.  All together, everyone looked amazing.

I’m off to DC this week for a fun – filled week of portrait sessions!  I’ll be gone from October 12 – 17, photographing several families & babies, but will still be accessible via phone & email during this time.

Roxanne looked absolutely stunning in her gorgeous birdcage veil.  I just love birdcage veils!  They always look so timeless,  and classic.  During the reception, Roxanne’s father / daughter dance was the most beautiful, amazing father / daughter dance I have ever witnessed.   As a surprise to her father, she composed & wrote the lyrics to the song they danced to. And to top it off, as a wedding gift to the couple, their dear friend Betsy sang the lyrics and best man Ron wrote the piano arrangement.  It was so beautiful …    There wasn’t a dry eye in the room, myself included.  Thank goodness for auto focus!!
