My close friends can tell you that I am addicted to cupcakes.  It’s really bad …  I can never have just one, or two or … well, you get the picture!  So when Crystal (Amazae Special Events), Ann (Your Wedding Day) & I decided to try out Kara’s Cupcakes at Santana Row for dessert, I knew I was in trouble.  As we stared at the rows of irresistible cupcakes we very quickly realized that 3 cupcakes for 3 people simply wouldn’t be enough.  As professionals, we decided the best thing to do would be to taste 8 different flavors to find out which was the best.

The results ….

By far, the Carrot Cake was the best, although the Chocolate Velvet and Meyer Lemon were a very close second & third.

A few weeks ago (right around Thanksgiving) I took Kira’s one year portraits.  Kira just loves balloons … her whole face lights up as soon as she sees one.  During our last session, the yellow balloon was more in the background.  This time, it was an important part of the session   I think it was the perfect prop and matched everything so well.  She just loved running around the grass with her balloon!  And she really gave me a work out running along behind her!!

I met Tiffany & Greg for the first time a couple of days before their wedding. This was a first for me … normally, I get the chance to meet my clients several times before their wedding … even if they live out of state. But Tiffany & Greg live in London … and the only contact we had leading up to their big day was over e-mail. I was really excited about finally meeting them in person. So there I was, waiting for them at the lobby of the Mark Hopkins … and as I waited, it slowly dawned on me that I had no idea what they looked like! Well, to make a long story short, we were all sitting there, waiting for each other for a while before we realized we were all there. We all got a good laugh and from that moment I just knew I was going to have a blast at their wedding, and everything was going to turn out perfectly.

So, I give up! I tried so hard to narrow this down and only post my favorite 15 or so … but it was no use. So, here’s my favorite 20 something pictures from Tiffany & Greg’s wedding!
